Hypotheticals are being conducted by Mock Court International for professional sporting clubs to promote better decision making off the field and create better alignment with Club values, codes of conduct and other related expectations.
They are designed to enable players to self discover some of the underlying reasons for unacceptable behaviour and the implications and consequences such behaviour has on a range of different stakeholders including family, sponsors and team-mates.
“...the vast majority of players really enjoyed the interaction instead of having someone standing there and lecturing them.” Steve Noyce - CEO (Sydney Roosters)
“I think every player was given an insight of what happens if you make the wrong choices and who it affects.” Braith Anasta – Captain (Sydney Roosters)
