Authenticity: It deserves a Closer Look

All businesses have a repetitive side. To handle recurring tasks with minimal risk, you need good processes.

Sometimes your observations will evade a clear conclusion but help you discover more subtleties. This will polish your thinking and fine-tune your methods.

Be proud of your risk management achievements, but don’t let that pride be a source of resistance. Remember, only a fool knows everything
